The second hand bookshops in Budapest, about 40-45, nearly all known by Julius and he visits them regularly. In 1947
Corneille stayed in Budapest. This catalog, in Hungarian with summary
in English, goes over this period. The catalog shows Corneille's works
made in this period and includes images of documents and so on, bu also
essays on Corneille. Published in 2002 by Szenzus in collaboration with
Galerie Elisabeth de Haas, Amsterdam. Price: € 15.00 [4000 Ft]

Excellent
book on / by the Hungarian designer and poet Lajos Kassák and his
(advertising) designs from the '20s and '30s of the last century.
Supporter of the Hungarian version of the Style [Theo van Doesburg, and
others]. Book includes an extensive bibliography on what Kassák has
published. Published in 1999 by Ferenc Csaplár and the Kassák Museum
and is available both in German as English. Price: € 25.00 [6500 Ft]

Ma was
a famous avant-garde art magazine from the '20s of the last century
from whom Lajos Kassák was the founder. On the occasion of the
Frankfurt Bucchmesse, a couple of years ago, two volumes of this
magazine with text in German,are re-issued in a limited edition of 500
copies. Kassak has many similarities with De Stijl [Theo van Doesburg].
Also in this issue this is clearly to see. Beautiful facsimile!. in

for his show windows, and exhibitions by artists including Lajos
Kassák. Sándor Bortnyik and Farkas Molnár. Book describes the story of
this shop interspersed with illustrations of artworks and shop windows
designed by the artists. Edition of 1996 and in Hungarian. Price €

If so and you want to receive the book, you'll pay above the costs of the book, a fee of 2500 Ft for books with a price up to €50.00 and and a fee of 5000 Ft for books between € 50.00 euro and € 100.00. Other prices are on request. These prices are without shipping. A "no cure no pay" fee of 4000 Ft must be paid in advantage.
